At Fragrances by Unique, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your fragrance purchase! Please review our return and exchange policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unopened and unused items in their original packaging. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your fragrance for a different scent, we're happy to help! Exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase for unopened items.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at beasleyjakiyah3@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at beasleyjakiyah3@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
